How to buy a good basketball?

am in Cambodia, usually this country never import any original products, all its import is the not original one, and it is not that good qualities,

i want to buy a basketball, i dont know which one is good ball and which one is bad,

can u guys give me any tips how to buy a good basketball ??
a ball which can play indoor and outdoor??
for example like, the good ball must be heavy, tights..or something like that??

please give me the exact point, i dont wanna waste 5 points for asking question then get nothing back..
